
عمر شعبان هو مؤسّس ومدير "مؤسسة بال ثينك للدراسات الاستراتيجية". إنه باحث مستقل ومحلل مختص بالشؤون الفلسطينية والصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، ويكتب عن التطورات في فلسطين والعالم العربي. يشارك عمر أحيانًا في مؤتمرات حول الشؤون السياسية والاقتصادية في الشرق الأوسط والتعاون الأورومتوسطي. ويحمل شهادة ماجستير في ريادة الأعمال من جامعة ستيرلنغ في اسكتلندا.
