Gilgamesh Nabeel is an Iraqi writer and journalist based in Turkey. He writes on Middle Eastern politics, education, archaeology and women's rights for Al Fanar Media, USA Today, Washington Times and other publications. Nabeel has a medical bachelor's degree from Egypt's Kasr Al Ainy School of Medicine and published a novel, "The Struggle of Masks," in 2016.
