
ג'קי חוגי הוא הפרשן לענייני ערבים של גלי צה''ל. הוא בעל טור בעיתון גלובס, ושימש בעבר ככתב לענייני ערבים של מעריב. חוגי חיבר את הספר ''אלף לילה.קום'' (2011) – בנושא התמורות החברתיות, התרבותיות והפוליטיות בחברה הערבית המודרנית. בשנת 2007 זכה בפרס media award of the London Next Century Foundation על פעלו, ובשנת 2008 זכה בפרס בני-ברית על סיקורו את הקהילות היהודיות בעולם הערבי. הוא מתגורר בתל אביב ובעל תואר שני בלימודי מזרח תיכון ואפריקה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב.
