Middle Eastern companies bet on Chinese firms

We're seeing more Middle Eastern companies strike deals with Chinese firms, as Gulf countries seek to diversify their portfolios amid the global trade war and concerns about US energy supply.
Among the deals are several liquified natural gas agreements signed over the last week between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Chinese firms, including gas giant CNOOC. State-owned energy firm Saudi Aramco also entered a partnership with Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD.
