We are ending another historic week in the country. It's not every day a decades-old militant group might be calling it quits. 

The outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which has fought Turkey for over 40 years, held a rare congress in recent days, likely agreeing to dissolve in line with a call from their imprisoned leader, Abdullah Ocalan, back in February.
