Gulf diplomacy is in full motion this week. Kuwait’s emir has just concluded a high-profile state visit to France, deepening ties with Europe. Meanwhile, UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan heads to Ankara on July 16 for the first bilateral High-Level Strategic Council meeting since 2023.
