The Iranian rial on Monday plunged to near historic lows after the United Nations reinstated snapback sanctions over the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program. On the dealmaking side, Saudi Arabia expanded its foray into video games and esports this week, with the wealth fund forming part of a consortium buying US giant Electronic Arts for $55 billion.
