BEIRUT (Reuters) -A Syrian fact-finding committee said on Tuesday that 1,426 people, including 90 women, were killed during the March 7-9 massacres of Syrian Alawites along the country's Mediterranean coast.

The committee had come up with an initial list of 298 suspects and had sent two lists of names to the courts, spokesperson Yasser Farhan said.
