
Д-р Виталий Наумкин является обозревателем "Al-Monitor". Он работает директором Института востоковедения, Российской академии наук. Он также является профессором и заведующим кафедрой на факультете мировой политики Московского государственного университета, и президентом Московского центра стратегических и политических исследований.
