
Orhan Kemal Cengiz, insan hakları alanında çalışan bir avukat ve köşe yazarıdır. Cengiz, Türkiye’de işkencenin önlenmesinden zihinsel engellilerin haklarına kadar geniş bir alanda faaliyet gösteren İnsan Hakları Gündemi Derneği’nin başkanlığını yapmıştır.
