
Sibel Utku Bila, 1997’den bu yana gazetecilik yapmakta ve mesleğini şu an serbest olarak sürdürmektedir. Ankara’da yaşayan Bila, 1999’dan 2011’e dek Fransız Haber Ajansı AFP’nin Türkiye muhabirliğini yapmış, daha sonra ise Hürriyet Daily News gazetesinde haber müdürü olarak çalışmıştır.
