
Dr. Vitaly Naumkin, Rusya Bilimler Akademisi’ne bağlı Doğu Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nün yöneticisidir. Aynı zamanda Moskova Devlet Üniversitesi Dünya Siyaseti Fakültesi ile Moskova merkezli Stratejik ve Siyasi Çalışmalar Merkezi’nin başkanlıklarını yürütmektedir.
