Dr. Edward P. Levine is a retired senior professional staff member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (1997-2011) and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (1976-1997). He serves on the national advisory board of the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation.​
