فهیم تاشتِکین مقاله نویس و سردبیر بخش اخبار خارجی روزنامه «رادیکال» ترکیه است. او همچنین مجری برنامه تلویزیونی «دوغو دیوانی» است که هر دو هفته یک بار از شبکه تلویزیونی «آی اِم سی تی وی» پخش می شود. در عین حال آقای تاشتکین تحلیل گر سیاست های خارجی ترکیه٬ قفقاز٬ خاورمیانه و همچنین امور اتحادیه اروپا است. او از سردبیران موسسان آژانس خبری قفقاز بود
