
Федор Лукьянов является обозревателем Al-Monitor. Он работает редактором журнала "Россия в глобальной политике", публикуемым в партнерстве с американским журналом "Foreign Affairs" на русском и английском языках. "Россия в глобальной политике" является одним из самых авторитетных российских изданий, посвященных внешней политике и международным отношениям.
Лукьянов является автором многочисленных статей, опубликованных в разных странах, председателем Совета по внешней и оборонной политике и членом российского Совета по международным делам. Он также является лауреатом премии правительства России за его вклад в области международной журналистики.
